Keywords: Hi.  I was wondering if anybody has any experience with the Prometheus

ProModem 2400.  I have recently receive mail from Prometheus which will allow
me to upgrade from 1200 to 2400 for $200.  Does the ProModem 2400 has MNP and
maybe V.22 at 1200?  I really like my ProModem 1200, and if the 2400 is of the
same quality and workmanship as the 1200, I'll definitely upgrade.  Thanks.
