	I'm prettty sure I remember seeing some discussion of bitmap
	algorithms some time ago. If anyone saved a summary or other
	postings could they please pass it along.

	I'm looking for general bitmap manipulation algs like scale,
	rotation, etc.

	Along the same lines, anyone have a C scan conversion program.
	Take vectors and spit raster at any resolution?
