Has anyone written a UNIX "plot" filter for the DEC LN03
using the Sixel graphics system?

I have tried using the QMS filters which I was told would
work with the LN03 but they do not work.  I can see no
relationship whatsoever between the DEC Sixel graphics and
the QMS QUIC graphics.

BTW:  The software must run on an LN03 not an LN03+.
      I realize that the LN03+ has a Tek emulation mode
      but I am not in a position to upgrade the LN03.

Any pointers to existing software would be greatly appreciated
as I don't really want to write this myself.  Thanks.
