    Most of the replies that I received to my recent article mentioning
that I have World Data Bank I and II were requests for information on how
to get them.  

    To get World Data Bank I and II from the CIA:

	1) Get a letter of justification written BY a government agency.

	2) Mail the letter to

		Russ Carter

		OCPAS/CDPG
		Washington, DC 20505
