	According to the Smalltalk books, the Smalltalk language undergoes
a reimplementation cycle every two to four years.  So, given the fact that
the current version of Smalltalk is dated '80, and the books were published
in (approximately) '84, where is Smalltalk 88 (and 84 for that matter)?
