RFC822 describes a number of headers to be used to designate where mail
comes from, and where replies should go.

Mailx displayes (with the 'h' command) the sender name. Which information
does it use ? The From_ lines? The From: header ? Sender: ? Any other(s)?

When I reply to a message, where does it go to? How about Cc:'s?

Does someone know the answers to this questions? And how Elm does it?
Probably also how it should be done?
