We have a no-name mainframe operating system here, and want to put
a decent mailer on it.  (If you're going to flame about mmdf being
called "decent", please don't; you haven't seen what we have now).
Is the stuff in the public domain?  If yes, could some kind soul
mail me & we'll do a software exchange.  If not, who owns it, and how
can I get in touch with them?
