I am looking for a conference in California around August (i.e. late July
until early September) in any of the following topics:

        1. Development of Military Computers
        2. Communication between Military Systems
        3. Reliabity/Testibility/Maintainibilty of Computer Systems
        4. Designing Reliable/Testible/Maintainible Computer Systems
        5. Design Techniques for Low Cost Computer Systems
