You're close, the IBM 2311 had 7 point something megabytes, and the 1311 had
5 megabytes.  I know, 'cause we had two 2311s on an IBM 360/40 at Cal Poly
in 1969 and converted from DOS to OS/PCP via numerous and clever file copies
and disk pack swaps.  When we finally got a 3rd 2311 we thought we were in
heaven!  How things change...
