The May/June issue of ;login: contains at least one error in its
announcement of the USENIX Nominating Committee, in that my e-mail
address and phone number are wrong.

I can be reached at {utzoo,ihnp4,utcsri,...}!hcr!mike.
The announcement said "hcrvax!mike".  This happens to work, but
should be avoided since it is less direct.

Also, the listed phone number will reach the HCR fax machine, so
you can use it to send things by fax, but voice won't work.  The
correct number if 416-922-1937.

Sorry for any confusion.
