This is very easy to do.  Just use the SYS$UPDATE:STABACKIT.COM
procedure.  See sections 4.6 and 4.7 of the "Guide to VAX/VMS
Software Installation".  For saves, I have found it useful to
have built a copy of S/A BACKUP in the SYSE Alternate System
Root.
