Message-ID: <1786@lsuc.UUCP> Date: Mon, 11-May-87 13:14:45 EDT Article-I.D.: lsuc.1786 Posted: Mon May 11 13:14:45 1987 Date-Received: Tue, 12-May-87 00:35:16 EDT Organization: Law Society of Upper Canada, Toronto Lines: 13 Our office staff use HP LaserJets for various letters and forms. They have asked me whether it would be possible to get a device which would beep when the paper tray runs out. The digital display on the LaserJet flashes ("11") when this happens. Is there any way to hook up a device which can detect this and beep? What kinds of horrible things would I have to do to the LaserJet's front panel?
