   I stand corrected.  If a program doesn't use any disk resident devices or
libraries (including icon.library), doesn't use Execute(), doesn't use ram:,
doesn't need workbench or any cli commands, and never ever writes to a
disk, it can be booted off an Install'd disk which contains nothing else.
This configuration may be acceptable for some pd running demo type
applications.

   I forgot about this type of standalone program and was thinking only
of the type of boot disk required for something like Chris Gray's Draco
language system disk.
