Now he is asking me for advice about memory expansions for the IIGS, about which I know nothing, of course. So I looked into it a little. I was surprised to find them very cheap, for example, 1.5 Meg for $289.00. I *suppose* that the GS is more expensive but somehow this makes adding memory cheaper. Maybe the memory is slower. It many cases, the software won't know the memory is there (patching programs available for a few bucks, disk-cacheing extra, ram-disk extra, etc.)
