(ADUS is Apollo DOMAIN User's Society) Papers will be welcome for most anything that has to do with the Apollo or any area of computing which the people who use apollos would find intereasting. If you are an ADUS member, you should be sent the call for papers on May 31. If you are not an ADUS member, why not; it is free. The part I am interested in is the UNIX. If you have some area of UNIX you want to hear about or something you want to talk about, please let me know. I'm open for all ideas and will work like "heck" to get something the ADUS users want to see. Some things I am thinking of doing different this year are trying to keep more on schedule and trying to schedule better. Acually, the SIG chairmen did not make the schedules last year. I would also like to see talks of third party vendors about their products moved to a seperate session. What does every one think of this? Would you like some panel discussions? About what? Shall we have just speakers? Perhaps people would be interested in hearing a talk from Apollo on the future directions of IX? How long of talks should we have? How long for questions afterwords? How long should the entire session be? Should we have a break? Should we have two shorter sessions?
