The abolutely cold-start boot (Control-Open-Apple-RESET) requires an enhanced //e which I don't have. I have to turn on my //e, hit Ctrl-RESET, and type PR#7. Voila! I get the RAMFactor's menu and can choose to boot DOS 3.3 or ProDOS (Pascal too if I had created a partition for it). The only problem I've had was the first time I turned on the card. I had to read the documentation (say what?) to figure out how to create both a DOS and a ProDOS partition and get it to boot on startup.
