I assume the problem with booting a 3.5 inch drive in slot 7 on an
unenhanced //e is the same as exists for a RAMFactor in the same slot.
In that case, all you really have to do is hit Control-Reset when the
drive in slot 6 starts to boot and then enter PR#7 at the prompt.  It's
less convenient that having Control-Open Apple-Reset boot from slot 7,
but it's also less expensive than enhancing.
