Can somebody give me some recommendations on the better software available for
Apple ][e systems?  Specifically, your recommendations for

	Word processing programs
	Terminal emulators (esp. VT100)
	Spreadsheets
	Graphics/drawing programs.
	Languages/compilers available (e.g Fortran?, C?)

Is there any way to produce files compatible with MacDraw, so one could
transfer them over a network to a Mac with LaserWriter and print them?
Is there a PostScript implementation on the ][e?
