The 8-bit program library has not gotten off to a strong start.  This is
partially due to some people dropping out after volunteering to help.

IN any case, we're looking for a few more volunteers to review programs,
test them out, and assure a minimum documentation.

We need people on Arpanet/DDN and on Bitnet.  Please respond to me at
abrams@gateway.mitre.org
