Inline isn't supported.  The grammar of C hasn't changed ;-).  But the
optimizer seems to be measurably better;  my old version would report about
833 on the dhrystone bench, 2.0 does exactly 1000 dhrystones.  I feel that
this, coupled with the many other nice features of MWC 2.0 makes the upgrade
price quite reasonable.  Certainly the shell is a vast improvement (it now
has flow-of-control constructs and aliases) over its previous incarnation.
