     Sorry Hans.  I have to disagree with you.  It's clear that this
is a topic of discussion which crosses the boundaries.  Not everyone
receives all the newsgroups so those in whatever newsgroup might
be used to contain this discussion would not be available to everybody.
The Net currently doesn't have a 'windows.general' group, and even
if it did, this discussion has the earmarks of a short term discussion
wherein a few standards might be hacked out, but nothing longterm.

     Why not use the 'n' option in your reader?
