  I have in my directory, Version 3.0b of STadel, the Atari Version of
Citadel, the BBS that's taking over.
  The latest version is 3.0c, 3.0c is not much different from 3.0b,
there are a few minor enhancements.  I'll have 3.0c soon, but if you
would like me to mail you a copy of 3.0b, send me a message.
  NOTE:  I'm not about to post it to the mailing list. It's bigger than
larn.  22 mail messages each about 18000 bytes long.  The whole thing is
about 300k + and takes an hour and a half to transfer at 1200 baud.
This package include the runtime sys, the helpfiles, the doc files, and
my notes on how to unpack the thing using uudecode and arc.
