Has anybody out there had experience writing a device driver, under VMS, for 
DEC's IEEE-488 interfaces, specifically the IEU11 or IEQ11 (any big difference
between these two)?  We'll be starting with DEC's IEX driver and adding
functionality; I'd like to get some hints, or more importantly, a few of
the "watch-out-for's."  Any comments will be appreciated.
