Lines: 20 Keywords: RAM PC (birthday) PARITY Hey - thanks in advance for (1) reading this, (2) considering answering my query, (3) answering me directly via email. In XT/AT/Clones - looking down at a row of chips with row 0 on my left and row 3 on my right - which of the nine chips is the parity chip? Also, do you have a program to (1) test memory AND (2) provide a map (drawn on the screen) that will show me which chip in which bank is bad. And, do you have a copy that will ask for a segment and offset and draw a similar diagram on my Version V system and dumb terminal? - hey - I'd do it but I don't have a TI Hex calculator and I don't already know the answer to my first question... Thanks. David Geller UUCP: ..!seismo!sundc!eli!geller Electric Logic, Inc. Telex: 6503003778 2025 Eye Street, N.W., Suite 220 MCI Mail: PRESS Washington, D.C. 20006 Compuserve: 72667,1312
