I de-ARC'd it, downloaded it to my AT Clone, and tried it: it works!
My check, and blank disk, are in the mail (well, as soon as I get
some labels typed...)

I got a response from MKS and there is news about the Toolkit which
can be released on May 15th - I'll post it then.
