Does anyone know of available source (public domain or otherwise)
for something like ANSI.SYS, NANSI.SYS, FANSI.SYS, etc. that can
be distributed to other people?  Alternatively, does anyone know
how to contact Dan Kegel, the reputed author of NANSI.SYS?
