I bought one of the 10Mhz AT-Clones and the thing worked perfectly for 5 months and then zapped the power supply. When I sent it in for repairs I complained about a "once in a blue moon" general read error from the damn 1.2 Meg Floppy. They replaced the power supply, put in a new floppy, put in the latest update on the ROM-BIOS and charged me nothing and had it back in my hands 11 days after I shipped. Frankly a company that does as much business they are doing and has grown as fast as they have are going to make some mistakes. I for one don't intend doing any mail order business with anyone else unless this changes to an everyday occurence with these complaints. What I want to know is when is their 80386/ OS/2 box gonna come out :-) Bob P.S. This is a personal opinion and does not reflect the opinion of my employer.
