Can anyone out there tell me how to read/wriite volume labels under
MS/PC-DOS. I have a theory but am real unshure, so, if my theroy is
right, could someone tell me so???

Theory:
   A volume label is only a file with a special Attribute bit set
   and can therefore be written and read as a file.

Any help would be Greatly Appreciated...
