A while ago "dcp" was posted on the net.  I have off/on tried to
implement this uucp package without success.  Has anyone succesfully
implemented "dcp" from ms-dos to unix.  Also has anyone improved
the rmail facility ?

I was able to compile everything under MS C v4.0,  autodial to my
unix host, login, but then it hangs when it tries the uucp handshaking
protocol stuff.
