What I need is an Assembler book which discusses such things as protected mode and addressing memory beyond 1MB in the case of the 80286 (I assume it's easy (easier?) with '386 ASM). Does anybody have any recommendations? How about good OS books? I have Tanenbaum's book which is excellent.
