   I have two more questions about windows (although I suspect they may be
related).
 
1) I understand how to use /w1 thru /w7, using their defaults or overriding
the defaults with wcreate (or the equivalent escape sequence).  Now,
how do you go about setting up more than 7 windows?

2) What's /w for?
