    I have two questions about the Inside Macintosh 
(promotional edition).

1)  At the end of the Desk Manager chapter, it is said that

    A Sample Desk Accessory
    *** to be supplied; ....

2) Also at the end of the OS Event Manager chapter, it is said

    DEFINING A NONSTANDARD KEYBOARD CONFIGURATION
    *** This information is forthcoming ***

Does anybody know what happened thereafter?
