Just noticed that with system 3.2/5.3 using chooser 3.0 I am able to select
a LaserWriter and have programs able to access the LW print driver. With
system 4.0/5.3 using chooser 3.0 I select the LW but programs cannot
access the LW print driver. This at least was the case with Excel 1.03. 
It did not seem to happen from the Finder using Page Setup. Maybe it is
just an Excel problem. In any case it is a real problem because it prevents
someone from using a Mac not on AppleTalk from formatting documents that
will eventually be printed on a LaserWriter.
