Probably my title is misleading. What I asked was: the sample codes about 1) a desk accessory, and 2) defining a nonstandard keyboard configuration PROMISED IN THE PROMOTIONAL EDITION (the context seems to imply that the codes will be included in the final versions) DID NOT SHOW UP IN THE FINAL VERSIONS PUBLISHED BY ADDISON-WESLEY AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF the promised codes have been published anywhere (like in technical notes or software supplements or whatever).
