I would have mailed a response, but the local mailer has had poor

MacApp is not a compiler, but an object-oriented extensible library of
behaviors for Macintosh applications.  Compilers are offered by Apple,
Think, TML, Borland, Consulair, etc. but, to my knowledge,
this is the only such complete library available.
