You can make a working System 3.2 that takes up about 32K, if you have a
MacPlus and are willing to install NoQuiche, spend some time on
trial-and-error, and give up having "Shut Down" eject your disks (!?).

Has anyone tried a stripped System 4.1?  Are the AppleShare-aware parts
of the new Finder isolated enough that you can remove them without making your
Finder bomb?
