Does anyone know if there is any truth to them? For Postscript experts -- how difficult would it be to make a postscript driver for a 24 pin printer that would be resident on a Mac? One would certainly give up a lot of speed, but for those of us with limited budgets and poor access to laser printers, it might be a very good alternative. Maybe we'll get lucky and a niche hardware company like Radius would come out with a small hw engine to do something like this for a fraction of the cost of the LW.
