I have a friend in Montreal who wants to upgrade his 512 with the
first two Plus kits (800K disk and 128K ROMs; logic board and 1MB
RAM).  His attempt at the local store on the West Island was that
it would take 3 months!!!  Does anyone know a faster route for him
within a half-day of travel?

Another option would be for me to bring the Mac here, have the work
done and bring it back to him.  Anybody know the duty implications?
