Users who have paid Tech PC in advance and have not received their merchan- dise should contact Detective Briggs at (714) 999-1900 to request an official complaint form. Users who have received merchandise and need maintenance or repair should contact a third-party service bureau for assistance. "Their building is vacant, and it seems that they have disappeared," said Detective Briggs. "This could ultimately turn into a federal case. The potential for losses is great, due to Tech PC's extensive advertising." Tech PC has advertised in several computer publications, including PC Week. -- harvard-\ ihnp4--\ Mr. Video seismo!uwvax.......!nicmad!brown rutgers-/ decvax--/ terminus-/
