On the other hand, shareware from the point of view of a large company
is serious ... large companies are always targets for law suites, and they
tend to go out of their way to protect themselves.  Hence, shareware is
cheap for them, and, if gtood, they want it.  Case in point,
I know of at least one large company that got a site license for ARC.

Individuals, of course, are another matter entirely.
