Ok, as has been suggested, my address is rutgers!topaz!trudel.
If you join the PUG, you should receive info about the library.
I require a mailing address, some other info about your computer.
If you didn't get these forms, I'll send these to you directly.

To answer your second question, if you paid the $150 for your 
site to join, you get the tape gratis, however, I need the 
aforementioned info before I send it...
