Two sites (ecsvax.UUCP and mercury.csl.sri.com) have bogus active file
entries: comp.sys.ridge IS NOT MODERATED. I've installed a filter at
ucbvax: if anything is sent to the gateway with a subject: "Submission
for", it will be rejected. This subject is indicative of a bug which
was fixed in patch #4, months ago.

I also sent out a newgroup control message to convert comp.sys.ridge to
unmoderated everywhere.
