pktopx.c, pxtopk.c, gfread.c (which does gftopxl, only faster),
gftopk.c, and pktype.c are all freely available.  The source is
ugly, but compiles and runs with no difficulty.  Anonymous ftp
from sushi.stanford.edu, in directory <ROKICKI>.
