	Thanks for ken@rochester for setting me straight on some ditroff/dvi
stuff, first of all.  I guess it turns out that I need a ditroff driver for
an Imagen (240 and/or 300 dpi varieties).  Anyone have one that they wouldn't
mind sending me?
