In other domains of software, such as word processing and spread sheets, there
   are excellent books that supplement the manuals.  For example, "Tips and
  tricks in using Word Perfect" provides insights that just are not in the
   Manual.   Can anyone recommend such books for IBMPC DTP applications, such
   as Ventura and Pagemaker?
