	Hello, I'm looking for RCS information above and beyond what
is found in the man pages for it. There is some mention of a users
guide that was supposed to be written for it at Purdue. If anyone
has some public domain info on the use of RCS / SCCS that they have 
developed/come across, I'd appreciate hearing from them! tanksalot.
