The option(s) list flagging in the command line is probably the most inconsistent thing that I have seen. The variants include 1. Some need a white space after the option if they require a filename or some string of characters and some do not. i.e. -l may not work when -l is expected and vice-versa 2. Rarely one notices that the option don't have "-" prefixed.
