I don't have the extra bucks necessary for a color display (yet!), so I will be making do with my monochrome monitor. The system has partitions for DOS and Xenix and I typically flip between the two system depending on what I am working. My problem arises from the fact that the version of Xenix that I have (IBM Version 1.0) will not boot with the EGA installed. I found a patch from the net, but apparently it fixes the problem for a system with an EGA and color display. Does anyone know of a patch for Xenix that allows use of the EGA with a monochrome monitor? Please email any replies. Thanks. -- David V.
