To set the border color, use
	ESC [ nn A
where nn is a small decimal number.
Professional-YAM also recognizes this code,
which (as far as I know) is unique to Xenix.

The other colors are set by SGR sequences similar to DOS's ANSI.SYS
(as well as Pro-YAM):
	ESC [ nn m
where numbers in the 30's and 40's select colors.
