There have been several articles lately that have generated a lot of
interest in the associated papers.  Please, when you respond to the
author of an article:

1. Do your best to respond to the author (not to me).
2. Include your electronic address with respect to a well-known host.
3. If you are requesting a copy of a paper, please include your US mail
   address as well.
